What Has Been Happening Around The Farmstead?

As you all have noticed I have been MIA for the past couple of days. Now this is not like me whats so ever. So please let me explain......Last spring, I had a list of places that I wanted to take Baby D to over the summer. Now that summer is officially over, I thought I should bust out my list and actually try to fulfill it.

Tickle, Tickle.....

Once Upon A Time In A Far Away Farmland....

Once upon a time in a far away farmland, there were three cousins who always adored getting to play with one another.

Two of the cousins are just about the same age, so their communication skills with each other are exceptional.

Always making sure the other one knows what is going on.

In this far away farmland, the oldest wisest of the cousins, was able to merrily ride around in his pick of equipment.

Going as far as even co-piloting with his uncle HH.

And if that wasn't enough, the oldest wisest cousin decide it would be best to take a leisurely stroll around the farmland on horseback.

Alas, little sister could not let her big brother get to have all the fun, so she took it upon herself to take the semi for a jont around the block.

In the meantime, big brother was practicing up on his roping skills, eager to his uncle in T-Town that he is now "countrified".

But like all fairy tales, this too has to come to an end. We had a fabulous time mingling with all of our relatives last weekend. And are looking forward to seeing them in 2 months when they come down to visit again.

Have a magnificent weekend,
Farming Fabulously

Baby D's Birthday Party

Wow, what an exciting event Baby D's Birthday was!

We sported everything green and yellow baby.

This day was all about Baby D, so any personalized accessory was purchased.

The cake was absolutely amazing, the magnificent Cake Lady made it for us.

Even a personalized sippy cup was a necessity for this grand occasion.
I was able to purchase the sippy cup and bib from Blooming Babies Boutique.

Can't forget the bib.

Or even the Happy 1st birthday plates, can be purchase Here.

One of my favorites was from My Jones, we had soda bottles with Baby D's picture on them.
If you are interested, you can purchase your own HERE.

My baby is not a baby anymore.

Happy First Birthday Baby D....

Today September 3, 2010 Baby D is the big #1. I feel as though I am going through denial, as I am still in disbelief that it has already been one year. Although Baby D is not having any problem accepting his newly found toddler hood. Alas, bright and early this morning BDW and SMS came over to give Baby D his Birthday presents. He was absolutely ecstatic about the peddle tractor. On the other hand, HH and I were thrilled about the hardhat, as we knew this will come in use on a daily basis. Look out world, our baby is not a baby anymore!

With lots of Love,
HH and Farming Fabulously
